Q: How long will it take to get my furniture?
A:The following waiting times are possible:
Right Away: If it is in stock (we do our
best to ensure that most items are, our warehouse
contains thousands of pieces), you would
like it as is, and would like to take it
yourself. If you would like to have it delivered
to your door, add a day or two.
1-4 weeks: If you would like us to custom
finish it, it will take between 1-3 weeks
depending on the size of your piece and time
of year.
6-8 weeks: If it is NOT in stock and must
be ordered from the manufacturer, then it
can take within 6-8 weeks, bearing in mind
that some orders may span over two order
cycles, depending on the manufacturer.

Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: We offer to-your-door delivery from $59
depending on where you live. Please keep
in mind that there is an extra charge for
more than one flight of stairs.

Q: What is the minimum downpayment that I can

A: We ask for a minimum downpayment of 25%
plus the cost of finishing if applicable.

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover,
checks or cash.

Q: How much does it cost to custom finish
my furniture?
A: The fee for a custom stain is 39% of the
original price of the piece.We charge 50%
for painting, and 75% for antiquing, two-toning
and distressing.

Q: If I see a piece of finished furniture,
does the price on the tag include the finish?
A: Absolutely. The price on each piece represents
the cost of the piece as you see it.

Q: Do you carry upholstered furniture?
A: We only carry upholstered dining room
chairs.

Q: Do you carry children's furniture?
A: We have beautiful children's beds, bunkbeds,
computer tables, book shelves, chests, rocking
chairs and more. We are preparing to carry
cribs soon as well.
